MEETING NOTICE
TO ALL MINISTER MEMBERS, LAY PASTORS AND CLERKS OF SESSION:
As a follow up to the earlier conversation about the Olympia Overtures and the discussion which occurred at the December Presbytery meeting, we will be hosting two more opportunities for discussion of these overtures. Please distribute to your elder commissioners.
FOR MINISTERS AND LAY PASTORS:
On Thursday, January 30 at 10:00 AM, minister members of presbytery and lay pastors are invited to the presbytery office for an opportunity to discuss these overtures. We are planning a two-hour segment for this discussion.
FOR RULING ELDER COMMISSIONERS:
On Thursday, January 30 at 2:00 PM, all elder commissioners who have been elected to attend the February presbytery meeting are invited to the presbytery office for an opportunity to discuss these overtures. We are planning a two-hour segment for this discussion.
REGISTRATION:
We will not be serving lunch for either group, but we would appreciate it if those planning to attend would register ahead of time so that we will have an accurate count of whom to expect. Please give us a few days to get the registration system set up.
